| Product and Service List Acme Services provide the following items at no addition fee to the property owner or the tenant Shower curtain and/or liners (checked on every visit, changed every 4 to 6 weeks) Batteries for remote controls, clocks and fire alarms (checked on every visit) Light Bulbs (checked on every visit) Liquid dish soap (replenished on every visit) Dishwasher soap packets (replenished on every visit) Clean Sponge (replaced on every visit) Trash can liners (replenished on every visit) Air return filters (checked on every visit, changed ever 5 to 6 weeks) Services Offered and included with Rental management 24/7 hotline and service (for true emergencies only IE broken pipe or fire) Handyman services; this service is offered at no addition fees, the only fees that will be incurred are for supplies only. This will include minor services such as replacing towel bar if broken, toilet seat or paper holders, and all other household duties that do not require a licensed contractor. Storm preparation Acme Services will prepare the rental property as per the property owners’ direction, upon an up coming storm Acme Services will contact the owner, advise of the upcoming storm and Acme Services will ask how the property owner would like to handle this matter for ever storm is different. Acme Services suggest the owner stores proper supplies for storm readiness in the garage due to the issues of lack of supplies when a large storm is in route to our coastal areas. The property owner will help Acme Service decide what supplies will be need for there property and what method the property would like to use in the event of a major storm. Storm Protection Supplies will be paid for by property owner and will remain the property of the property owner. IE plywood. Loaner/Replacement appliances In the event a item is broken or stolen from your cottage Acme Services will provide the following items as a loaner until we can replace item with a new or used item or appliance purchased by or paid for by the property owner, property insurance or warranty service.
